How long does a transfer take?+

Most transfers under €2,000 are confirmed and delivered the same day. Larger or business transfers may take 1–2 business days while we complete additional checks.

Is KaribuPay licensed?+

KaribuPay operates through licensed, regulated payment partners in the EU and established payout networks in East Africa. We're transparent that we're an early-stage company building toward our own full regulatory approval as we grow.

Which mobile money providers do you support?+

M-Pesa Tanzania, Airtel Money, and Tigo Pesa, plus direct transfers to Tanzanian bank accounts.

What if something goes wrong with my transfer?+

Message our team directly on WhatsApp or email — a real person will look into it. Every transfer is tracked from confirmation to delivery.

Is KaribuPay fully automated right now?+

Not yet. We're in beta phase with manual processing handled directly by our team. This means same-day setup and real-person support. Full automated app launches November 9, 2026.

How does the beta process work?+
